My name
is Patrick and I used to be FAT!
I mean I
was VERY FAT. I was 100LBS over weight and
I hated myself, and my life.
I tried
all sorts of diets and programs and gyms and everything
you can think of to lose the weight, but nothing worked.
I always
ended gaining the very few pounds I lost back plus more
and every time I got a little more discouraged.
After
awhile, I didn't want to go out side. I would have
rather stay in and watch TV (SpongeBob) or play video
games then go out in public.
And it
sucked because most of my friends would go and play
basketball or football or something I couldn't because
of my weight. Heck, I could barely walk up the steps let
alone run down field to catch a ball.
It was
crazy and it's something I wouldn't wish on anyone.
Anyway,
after a lot of failed programs and broken hope, I
finally found a program called
Turbulence Training - and it changed my life!

How I
